Minimum booking 12 hours
To ensure each experience is thoughtfully tailored, the following enhancements can be added to your package as needed:
• Additional Children
Care can be extended to include additional children, with ratios and support adjusted to maintain our standard of attentive, high-quality care.
• Additional Nannies
Where required, we can provide additional professional nannies to ensure appropriate coverage, enhanced supervision, and a seamless experience, particularly for larger groups or extended care.
• Late Evening Care (After 10pm)
Extended care beyond 10pm is available to support families requiring additional flexibility, ensuring children remain settled, safe, and gently cared for into the evening.
• Travel Costs
For services requiring travel, all associated costs including transport, accommodation, and applicable allowances will be discussed and incorporated into your personalised quote.
• Activity Enhancements
A curated selection of age-appropriate activities will be provided to keep children engaged, comfortable, and entertained throughout the event. For those wishing to elevate the experience further, larger play features such as face painting, teepee setups, or ball pits can be arranged as an additional enhancement.
Creative Craft Station
A thoughtfully curated craft station can be arranged, allowing children to enjoy quiet, hands-on activities such as colouring, bracelet making, or simple creative projects suited to the event and age group.
Teepee or Quiet Rest Space
A cosy teepee or quiet rest area can be arranged to give younger guests a calm place to relax, read, or wind down during the celebration.
Movie & Wind-Down Corner
A gentle movie corner with cushions, blankets, and soft lighting can be created for children who would enjoy a calm space to relax as the evening unfolds.
Soft Play & Ball Pit
For younger children, soft play equipment and ball pits can be arranged to create a safe and engaging play environment during the event.
Face Painting or Creative Entertainment
Professional face painting or creative entertainers can be arranged to add an extra element of fun and excitement for the children attending.

No two events are the same, which is why each booking is approached with care and intention. From intimate weddings to large-scale celebrations, we work closely with families and planners to ensure a seamless, stress-free experience from beginning to end.
Based in Queensland, Soft Haven & Co. services Brisbane, the Gold Coast, and the Sunshine Coast, and is also available for destination events, including New Zealand.
Important Information.
As Soft Haven & Co. is a specialised nanny service, we do not provide food or catering for children.
We are happy to support and facilitate meal times using food supplied by you, ensuring children are assisted and cared for in a calm and attentive manner.
All dietary requirements, allergies, and feeding instructions must be clearly communicated to us prior to care commencing. While we take all reasonable care and precautions when supervising and assisting children during meal times, Soft Haven & Co. cannot accept responsibility for any adverse reactions, allergies, or incidents relating to food provided by a third party.
Parents and guardians retain full responsibility for the provision, suitability, and safety of all food supplied.
